Charter Services are those groups who have pre-booked or would like to construct their own private wine tour

• select your cellar doors 
• include a lunch venue of your choice from a cellar door platter (limited availability), cafe, hotel or restaurant
• Let us know your wine preferences to assist in your selection of cellar doors

• expert local tour guide
• assistance in cellar door tour timing and venue bookings 
• advice on selection of venues - cellar doors and lunch venues
• waiting time at all venues
• assistance in maintaining the planned tour on the tour date
• all bookings from the planned tour is the responsibility of the customer
• special rates apply for business groups on week days except long weekends and public holidays
• Free pickup from your accommodation within a 10km radius Orange CBD
• max of 7hrs
• max 10 people 

• customer completes bookings and provides confirmation to OWT - 
• please note all fees are payable direct to each venue by coordinator
• coordinates and advises all members of the group
• provide payments for charter when requested by OWT
• assists tour guide in monitoring the progress of the tour

Additional Information

• min of 4 hrs booking operating between 9am to 6pm only
  
• tour charter time commences from pickup address 
• additional time can be added during the tour to be confirmed by OWT
• any charter that proceeds up to 30 mins from booked time an additional hr will be added to charter price
• special rates apply for business groups for week day tours
• please note NO after hours service is available
• no consumption of alcohol on OWT vehicles or outside of cellar doors 

• hourly rate @ $180 (4hrs), or 6 to 7 $150 (6hrs) per hr,
• additional administration charges for OWT booking service (i.e OWT books all venues) $20pp

• available Wednesday to Sunday except public holidays and long weekends
• 50% deposit required when booking charter 
• final payment one week prior to the charter date
• Orange Wine Tours reserves the right to terminate a tour due to intoxication of any participant.
